An AI meal plan built from the food you already eat
PEAKD! works out your daily targets, then plans a week of meals in the cuisine you cook, with your diet type and allergies built in.

Targets first, from your body
Once you add your height, weight and age, the Diet tab shows your daily calorie, protein, carb, fat and fibre targets. They come from your body, your activity and your goal.
You don't need a meal plan to use them. You can log food against your targets from day one and ask for a plan later, or never.
A seven-day meal plan when you ask
Tap to generate a plan and you get seven days of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. You tell it what you usually eat for each meal, and the plan starts from there instead of a list of foods you have never bought.
- Cuisines: South, North, East and West Indian, Mughlai, Indo-Chinese, Continental, Mediterranean, East Asian, Middle Eastern, Mexican, American, or your own.
- Diet types: vegetarian, eggetarian, vegan or non-vegetarian.
- Allergies you declare, such as peanuts, dairy, gluten or shellfish, are kept out of the plan and out of coach suggestions.
- Portions are sized from a database of over 9,000 foods.
Logging that takes seconds
Photograph your plate and the dishes it finds are listed for you to confirm. Or type it to the coach the way you would say it. Or search the food list. If something is missing, add it once with its calories and macros and it is saved to My foods.
Anything you log can be edited later: the name, the amount, the calories and the macros.
No food is a cheat
The app counts, you eat. Nothing you log is labelled good or bad. Checking off a planned meal or logging a food also keeps your daily streak alive, so a rest day can still count.
