A home workout plan that needs only you and the floor
Tell PEAKD! you have no equipment and it plans bodyweight sessions you can do in a bedroom, then adjusts them every week.

Your equipment answer is a rule, not a hint
During setup you say what you have. If the answer is bodyweight only, the plan is written for that, and a check runs after the plan is written: an exercise that names a barbell, dumbbell, band or machine you don't have is taken out.
Still a real plan
No equipment doesn't mean random circuits. You still get a goal, a week of sessions and a weekly stand-up that makes the next week harder after a strong week or easier after a hard one.
- Six goals, from building strength to building the habit.
- Every session in three sizes: Main, Lite (about 15 to 20 minutes) and Survival.
- Log reps, or time for holds and cardio, and edit any set later.
Small space, short time
Home training usually fits around family and work. On a cramped day do the Lite or Survival size and the day still counts toward your streak.
Not sure how a movement looks? Many exercises have a demo clip, and you can add your own demo to any exercise with a YouTube link or a short video.
Injuries count too
Declare an injury, like a sore knee or a bad shoulder, and movements that would aggravate it stop appearing in your plan.
