Vegetarian diet plan app

A vegetarian Indian diet plan with a real protein target

Choose vegetarian, eggetarian or vegan once. PEAKD! sets your protein target and plans a week of Indian meals that stay inside your choice.

In India the weekly plan is ₹199, and monthly and yearly cost less per week. See pricing and what is free.

Your diet type is a setting, not a footnote

When you set up your diet you pick one of four: vegetarian (no meat or fish), eggetarian (vegetarian plus eggs), vegan (no animal products) or non-vegetarian. The meal plan is written inside that choice.

Allergies work the same way. Declare dairy, for example, and it is kept out of your plan and out of the coach's suggestions.

Protein you can see every day

The common worry on a veg diet is protein. PEAKD! works out your daily protein target from your body details and goal and shows it next to what you have logged, so you know where the day stands before dinner.

  • Daily targets for calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre.
  • Indian vegetarian staples are in the food list: paneer, dal, rajma, chana, curd, sundal and more.
  • Log a meal by photo, by chat or by search, and edit it later.

Indian veg meals, your region

Choose South, North, East or West Indian cooking, tell the app what you usually eat, and get seven days of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Ask for a new plan whenever your routine changes.

Training to go with it

PEAKD! is a fitness app first. Alongside the diet you get a weekly workout plan for your goal, with every session in three sizes so a busy day still counts.

Questions

Straight answers

Can a vegetarian diet plan help me build muscle?
You can choose the build muscle goal on a vegetarian plan. The app sets a protein target for you and shows how close each day's meals get to it.
Is there an eggetarian option?
Yes. Eggetarian means vegetarian plus eggs, and it is one of the four diet types you can pick.
Can I get a vegan Indian meal plan?
Yes. Choose vegan and the meal plan draws only on foods marked vegan in the food list. As with any plan, check the labels on packaged food yourself.
Does it support a Jain diet?
There is no Jain setting today. You can choose vegetarian, but check each meal for onion, garlic and root vegetables yourself.
