An AI workout plan that changes when your week does
Tell PEAKD! your goal, your equipment and the time you really have. It writes your first week, then rewrites the next one from what you actually did.

A plan built from a short interview
You pick one of six goals: build muscle and strength, lose weight, build stamina, feel healthier day to day, build the habit, or a goal you describe in your own words. Then you answer a few questions about your schedule, your equipment, your energy and your sleep.
From those answers the coach writes your Week 1 plan. You review it, choose a start date (today or any day in the next week) and switch it on when it looks right.
- Equipment you say you don't have is kept out of the plan. A bodyweight-only answer gets bodyweight sessions.
- Injuries and medical conditions you declare change which movements appear.
- Exercises come from a catalogue of 387 movements, many with a demo clip.
Three sizes for every session
Most workout plans have one setting. Every task in PEAKD! comes as Main, Lite and Survival, and you pick the size each day.
- Main is the full session, for days with time and energy.
- Lite is about 15 to 20 minutes of the key movements.
- Survival is a small promise, like 10 squats and a five-minute walk.
- Any size counts toward your daily streak.
The plan rewrites itself every week
At the end of each week you do a short stand-up. You see your completion score and your wins, and you say what happened to any session you didn't mark done, including the ones you did and forgot to log.
Next week is then built from that record. After a strong week the plan asks a little more of you. After a hard week it eases off so you can reset.
Log the work, keep the records
Log training set by set, with reps and weight, or by duration. Every set can be edited later. Personal records are picked up on their own, including an estimated one-rep max, and the My PRs screen lists them all.
