Post the proof, not a screenshot.
PEAKD! turns a PR, a finished workout or a running streak into a see-through PNG you drop straight onto your own photo in Instagram Stories. Try one below and take the real file with you.
A sticker, not a screenshot
A screenshot of an app is an app. A sticker is yours — a transparent image with nothing behind it but your photo, carrying the number you earned and the PEAKD! mark. It goes on a story, a post, a group chat, anywhere.
Really transparent
A proper alpha channel, right down to the soft edges of the letters. Flip the preview to the chequerboard and you can see straight through it.
Made at full size
1080 pixels wide, drawn fresh each time in the app's own typeface, so it stays sharp on any phone.
Two formats
The see-through sticker for Stories, and a solid 1080 × 1920 card for WhatsApp and your gallery, where a transparent PNG would come out white on white.

Pick something to share, pick a look, then download it. The file you get is drawn the same way the app draws it.
Drawing your sticker…
1 · Pick something to share
2 · Pick a look
The Strava look. Big number, nothing around it.
3 · Take it away
A real PNG with a real alpha channel. Save it, open Instagram, add it to your story over any photo you like.
These numbers are made up.They are here so you can see the thing work. In the app every figure is your own, read from what you actually logged — and anything that fails to load simply isn’t offered for sharing.
Three looks, your choice
The app remembers the one you picked last time.
Stack
The big-number layout. Label on top, the figure, then the detail underneath.
Ring
The ring from your Home screen, filled to the real fraction — and only offered where there is a genuine target behind it.
Pill
The stack on a soft dark pill, for when your photo is too bright for white text to survive.
What you can share
- Active calories burned, against your target
- What you ate, with protein, carbs and fat
- A day where you hit your targets
- A new personal record on any lift
- Your current streak, your best, and your active days
- A finished workout — exercises, sets, total load
- A single logged exercise
- Every meal logged for the day
- A finished week from your stand-up
How it works in the app
Finish something
Log a set, complete a workout, check off your last meal, or open any day you've already done.
Tap share
The share button sits on the thing itself — the PR pop-up, the Home rings, the streak screen, your records list.
Pick your look
Stack, Ring or Pill, and sticker or card. It remembers what you chose last time.
Send it
Straight into an Instagram story over a photo you pick, out through the normal share sheet, or saved to your gallery.
What it will never put on your image
Every share is an advert we did not pay for, which is exactly why none of them is allowed to say anything untrue.
Your body weight
It is nobody else's business, and the image has no field that could carry it.
Your leaderboard position
A rank says more about who else showed up than about your week.
A number that didn't load
If a figure can't be fetched, the share button for it simply isn't there. A zero never stands in for an unknown.
A record you might not have lifted
Finishing a planned workout without logging your sets used to record a PR at the suggested weight. Those stay in your records and stay unshareable until you beat them for real.
Active calories are our estimate from your logged work, not a measurement from a chest strap. The image says so with a tilde, and there is no way to draw it without one.
